Get an implant have had tw periods since I was 15. It is amazing. You do have to work slightly harder with weight loss but with no periods craving for choc is seriously lowered.

Hope it all feels better soon

I suffered for years too from when I first got them at 11 they were terrible - got up on the pill for them which did help a bit and then they got a bit better again after having my kids.

I have now had the implant for nearly 4 years so am on my 2nd one and what a difference - get them once in a blue moon with no pain and no moods!! Only downside is I find where the implant is on m arm gets very itchy!!

Now my eldest already has started hers at the age of 10 and thankfully doesn't have any pain at the mo but very heavy and struggles with her moods
