Default Its offical - hayfever has got me

    and got me bad today

I am dying and beginning to look like I have done a boxing match with Mike Tyson

I could happily scratch my eyes and the back of my throat out.

And if one more neighbour gets their mower out I may have to take drastic measures

Have u tried Vaseline on your nostrils to keep the pollen out and don't dry your clothes outside, and if you have long hair tie it back because the pollen catches in it. I have two dds who suffer badly.. And when I get it I get it bad and it really does make you feel miserable doesn't it? Hugs xx

Thank you I have tried everything. Windows are kept shut. My bedding and my clothes get dried in the dryer not outside. Vaseline and its still got me. I have the joys of a network meeting as well tonight.

And me too! Had children playing outside earlier and had to come in after a while as my eyes were streaming and so itchy I could hardly see in front of me together with non-stop sneezing. Not a good look when parents are collecting and it appears as though I have spent the whole day crying! Haven't tried vaseline - will do that.

I could have wrote your post Fussyelmo, mine's been really bad too. Itchy eyes, itchy ears and omg the itchy throat, constant sneezing, streaming eyes and blocked/streaming nose, I've had enough now!!!!!!

One day last week I couldn't drive as I couldn't see through one eye, I wear sunglasses constantly, am dosed up with all the remedies and nothing seems to be working this year!! Living by farms doesn't help with all the cutting of the fields and school runs always make it flare up again. One parent commented that I was all flued up, no just hayfever.

Don't get it as bad as you. But today I've been sneezing loads and trying not to itch my eyes. They did say it was bad today and maybe tomorrow. Roll on Thursday, looks like rain most of the day.

I get it super bad too, makes you feel so miserable and drained. I saw in Lloyds Pharmacy yesterday they were selling a hayfever relief red light therapy thingy half price for £19.99. I too have tried everything and use eye drops, prescription antihistamines, prescription nasal spray and hay max. Not working too well at the moment so I'm going to invest in the red light therapy.... It's worth a try.

have u tried neoclarityn ? its prescription only but apparently more refined and has worked much better for mine. Also catacrom eye drops, they are individual packs n are preservative free, as you can become allergic to the preservatives. These are brill too.
