Love the smell of cinnamon and vanilla essence I even use it as perfume some times.

Hate the smell of bananas make me feel sick and if I stay around the smell to long I will be sick. I avoid giving it to the children.

I love the smell of freshly cut grass, and old english roses! Also fresh coffee and baking bread!

I hate the smell of manure, not so great when you live in a rural town surrounded by farms!

I love the smell of lavander.

Lots of smells I don't like, any strong, heavy, sweet smell. The smell of the house after my teenagers have cooked their 'food'.

Love cut grass, petrol, new carpet, new cars, leather!

Can't think of anything I really dislike apart from the obvious but while I was having my chemo lots of smells made me feel sick - especially Lily's which I usually love - had to tell my lot not to buy me them ok now though

Actually I do like the smell of manure. Probably because it subconsciously reminds me I that really did start to smell things properly again when we moved into the village and I no longer had nostrils blocked with tunnel dust from working on the Tube. Either that or because I love my allotment time so much that I might as well enjoy the smell too.

The other one I like is the methanol exhaust fumes at speedway races (odd, but yes.)

I dislike freshly stepped-in dog poo on lo's soles and those people who seriously think that perfume bottles are single-use only, so they whack the entire bottle on in one go (or so it seems.)

Male body sprays (named after a species of wild cat) are dreadful too. It's not just the sexist ads and the awful artificial smell - it's the memory of erstwhile colleagues on the railways who used to come into work, clearly not having bothered to shower, and thought they could cover up with a can of the stuff. Yeeuk. A couple of us put a sign up in the staff locker room saying, "1ynx body spray is not a substitute for soap and water" but the management made us take it down cos they said it was "offensive". Not 1/2 as offensive as the smelly gits who used it.

I love the smell of tomato plants - reminds me of playing in my grandparent's garden as a kid.
    Also, frying bacon

I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke although I love the smell of pipes and cigars. My grandpa smoked a pipe. Smell is all about memory for me!

I love the smell of manure too. To me it reminds me of spring and the fields all looking beautiful with their freshly plowed (sp?) mud. The green shoots poking through and the noise of the flocks of birds the follow the plows to get the worms.

Like Johnson's baby talc, most herbs and spices but especially basil and cinnamon.

Can't stand most perfumes, airfresheners and walking past the Lush shop.
