    Default Dbs worries

I sent off DBS for myself, hubbie and 3 children all apart from my eldest, who's 22, have been returned. We are still waiting for his
I'm now worrying that a couple of times when he was out with the lads and got moved on by the police where actually cautions for being drunk and disorderly. He can't remember much, he was never fined or put in a police cell. Could this affect my registration ?

Hi, I got registered in feb 2013 and hubby had drinking convictions for license (which he has now) lol. He also got done when he was 17 for fighting apart from it taking over 3 months to come back they were fine! U can track them online which Ofsted advised us and it was with us in 2 weeks!!! (Was at the police check point) good luck and sure u have nothing to worry about xxx

Mentioned on another thread that I've got to apply for a waiver on husbands dbs, just hoping it won't take too long
