We have done cards .... Kisses to Mummy on Mothering Sunday and the children put lipstick on (freebies from Avon) and put lots of kisses on their card and then wrote inside.... for the babies I took their photo, stuck it on the card.... did colourful handprints on paper, cut these out and stuck them around the photo so they made the shape of a heart.

We have also made frames from card, the children have drawn a picture of their mum on paper and slotted it into the frame and written on the back.

Hand prints with the hand print poem for little ones

Painting terracotta plant pots and putting flower in

Run out of ideas for cards - hard when you have same mindees or siblings for years to come up with something original!

Hi, we're doing a spin art heart with a piece of ribbon tied to each side of the heart and a hand print on each end of the ribbon - on the heart it will say 'Mummy I love you this much'. My dd did one of these at school a couple of years ago and I thought it was a lovely idea.
