    Default Parent visit due

    Hi All

I have a parent visit at 11 today. It's for a little girl that is 10 months . Does anyone have any advice ?
Every time I have a parent come I feel they only see things they don't like . I.e my age, I have no children on my own and don't have a garden.

How can I sell myself more so to speak ? Any tips greatly appreciated

    Thanks in advance

All of those things can be an advantage - you have no garden means you go out every day and vary the places you go (lots of different experiences offered, be specific). You are young - you have plenty of energy lol! You want to be professional, if they are 1st time parents, you might want to explain what a childminder is and what they do, explain the EYFS and LJ's... You have no children of you're own - you have experience with other children & more time to spend quality time with their baby

Put out some baby toys and sit down and play with baby while talking to the parents

Maybe ask the childs likes and dislikes routine etc. Good luck and let us know how it goes, and what did she ask ?

I don't think it went well

    She asked my routine
    Do I provide meals
How do I put children to sleep

I think u can tell of people will come
    Back I feel she won't

    Oh well all good practice
