chai tea ... a nicely spiced tea.

i think in india it is made with condensed milk and is very sweet & strong. i prefer it to brew for a few minutes, then add a splash of skim milk.

I've taken to drinking a cup of liquorice tea - think it's Yogi Teas or something.

It steeps for 7 minutes, is really yummy and feels like a treat.

Trying to wean myself off red wine...

Squash or milk, I'm 90% T-total and only drink on rare occasions.
My favourite non-alcoholic tipple at the moment is Pomegranate Lemonade from Waitrose.

Sparkling water and/or wine. I drink black coffee in the day but rarely in the evenings. I also like the Bottle Green cordials. The lemon & elderflower makes a great spritzer & the spiced berry is lovely warm (and makes a passable mulled wine too...).

Probably 3 nights out of 7 nights I have a large gin and tonic. Fri, sat and 1 week day.

And then cup of tea at around 9ish

Sometimes wine depending on what I have in. I used to drink a lot in my 20s, then didn't drink alcohol from 24-35 due to having my two kids and not feeling like it but now I drink too much again I know

I drink coffee in the day time and don't drink it after 7ish as it keeps me awake.

Time Out.. The perfect time for thinking about what you're going to destroy next.
