Can't put this on FB as certain people cannot know.

But DH has been head hunted...

Just today we were talking about his job, how they have made him a team leader for a whopping £1000 pay rise for all the extra responsibility, and they took his company car away... So kinda actually lost out...

He stuck with it as it was progression and the opportunity for him to learn as well, he is so good at his job his director gave him £200 holiday vouchers as a bonus always goes on about how good DH is and he is always getting emails from clients saying how fab he is...

We were talking about how DH was going to ask for another payrise (been a year) or say leave the pay rise and pay for him to sit some exams for his job... £100 a go.

He spoke to his manager and put a plan in place which will be reviewed in Sept... Then he got a phonecall from his companys competitor offering him an interview for a higher paid job

His interview is Monday
