I have finally took the plunge and started ww.
I have been doing it for 2 weeks and have lost 15 lbs
i have been following the diet religiously and even had a couple of take aways (within points allowance) so can't believe how much i have lost.
is it normal to loose so much quickly? i have been told it will slow down after the first couple of weeks.
I am pleased but hoping i continue to loose weight at a steady pace
any advice welcome xx
