    Default WW Pro points

Hiya, I just wondered is anyone else doing this, and does it work? I think if I ate all my daily, weekly, and activity points I would be eating more than before. I know the old method worked, not sure about this one. I always have about 10 points left over every day, am I doing something wrong??

I never touch the weekly points ( though sils wedding this weekend so may need to!) - and I dont eat my activity points I use them to speed up the weightloss. So I have my 29 each day , dont always eat all of them occasionally go 1 or 2 over.
Ive lost 14 1/2 lbs in 8 weeks so its working for me. Im just 1lb from healthy bmi and feeling much better about myself.
Give it a go , you'll be surprised

I actually prefer this version and have lost 6 1/2lb in 4 weeks. I've had a lot of meals out and occassions during this time so probably would have lost more.

I'm going to a cocktail party this weekend so I know I will eat and drink loads but I will try to eat the helthier options

Like Mama2three I don't use my activity points they help towards my weight loss.

I am determined to be slim for my holiday next year

Once you get into it you'll be fine

Thanks, that's good to hear that it's working for you all
I have been doing it a couple of weeks now and have lost 9lb, so am really pleased, but I am sure that would not have happened if I had eaten all my points - that's what got me wondering! That, and how you can apparently have unlimited bananas!
It is the first diet I have ever done where I have not felt deprived - hence me thinking it can't be going to work in the long term!! I am definately going to stick with it, have a favourite pair of trousers I can't wait to fit back into!

I do go to a meeting but only to be weighed and stock up on the goodies they sell

I feel them weighing me (even though I weigh myself beforehand) works for me

You don't need to go to meetings, you just log everything you eat online and it tells you how many points you're using, and weigh/measure yourself once a week. It's very easy.

I agree, I have been doing it for 5 weeks and I know I'd never go to meetings so the online option was the only one for me. Today I also downloaded a ProPoints calculator app for my phone for 99p instead of buying the calculator (I think it is £9 or £10). I will need it for my holiday.

This is the first time I have ever tried any diet and I have lost 9 lbs in 5 weeks. I think it's brilliant!

    Good luck!
    xx

Another one doing WW The leader told us that the research they did before changing to pro points showed that if folk had the "safety net" of the extra weekly allowence, they were far less likely to go completly off the rails, as they could accouint for most things. I have found that to be very true as in the three weeks i have been going, i have had lots of unscheduled meals out, special events etc and know have a good idea of the propoints values for certain meals at local restaurants as a result!

I have also lost half a stone which I am very pleased about
