    Default joined WW online.

    well like some of you other ladies i have decided that enough is enough i need toloose some weight so i have joined WW online

    There is a support group but its on a Wed lunch time and i dont think the parents would be happy for me to take their kids with me to the meeting!! why cant they have an evening group. so i thought i would try WW online.

    Day one seems to be going well lol i know how many points im allowed and slowly working my way around the website.

    I need to lose to loose about 5 stone to be a healthy weight for my hight but im realistic and would be please with 3 stone.

    Hey Dippy, how is it going for you?

    I also joined online 5 weeks ago and I think it's perfect to do it online.

    I've eaten loads, but stayed within my points and been to the gym twice a week. I have lost 9 lbs with no effort or feeling of sacrifice. I've used my weekly points for ice cream, cake, drinks etc.

    Oh I was thinking of joining on line

    Do you both think its worth it - I am not bothered about the classes anyway so thought this idea for me

    I am doing it alone at the moment but a bit bored and need something different so thought I would join

    i did it for 3 months but found it too easy to cheat

    lost loads in the begining but it slowly crept back....and more

    Good luck ladies, it takes lots of willpower & remember decent scales....its vertually impossible unless you weigh everything out

    Oh I disagree...I mean of course it takes willpower, all diets do cos I for one would prefer steak and chips most of the time, but I haven't found it necessary to weigh anything (except myself!)
    On the website it shows you how to estimate the sizes of portions using your fist, or thumb, and I tend to just round up if in doubt.
    I have been doing it online for a month and have lost 12lb, I haven't felt hungry, just annoyed sometimes that I can't have something - a big slab of birthday cake would mean no dinner later for example - that's where the willpower comes in!
    I think it's a great plan, and gets you into a healthy eating pattern that I hope will be easy to maintain when I am done!

    I joined last week and find it brilliant, I have done SW in the past but have to say I much perfer WW and the best bit I have lost 7lbs in my first week

    To me it is so worth it. It keeps me on the right track, but I don't have the hassle of getting to a meeting. I love tracking food intake, exercise and weight loss and measurements. It makes me see very clearly what I have eaten, where I might want to do changes, and above all how well I've done!

    That's all I need really. I tried on my own before and got bored after a week or two. I am one of those people who needs a push to be good and stay on track!

    I hope you enjoy it if you join.

    And well done Mickey Mouse - you've lost LOADS in your first week!
