    Question Vibration machine

Does anyone have one? I have been going on the flabeloss but been paying £30 a month and thought about buying me own but tbh I haven't noticed any difference so would it be worth it?

i would have thought that these machines work in terms of toning up the muscles through you have to hold yourself to balance/work against the vibrations so it would work more for toning than actual weightloss hon.

I'd spend your money on a fun exercise class instead.
