I've just had a couple of small oatcakes with very low fat Laughing Cow cheese... but I had them with grapes

Rice cakes - the Mrs Crimble apple ones are nice

Vegetables and low fat hummus - just a teaspoon, a little goes a long way

Low fat or fat free yoghurt

Those tomato pasta pots that are less than 2% fat

    Home made vegetable soup

Hard boiled egg with some veggie sticks

This website is good - http://www.livestrong.com/low-fat-snack/.

I use Kallo vegetable stock cubes plus any veg in the house at the time.

Gently bubble for 20 mins until soft and blend. I like to leave some lumpy.

There's a WW recipe for no point soup here -

    http://www.weightwatchers.com/food/r...recipeid=99961

And one for SW no syn soup here -

    http://www.ciao.co.uk/Recipes_for_Soups__Review_5435315

I find the best stock cubes are Kallo and vary which ones I use. They are sooo tasty.

    Enjoy

Pickle some Cucumber and onion in Malt vinegar... have Ryvita with a spread of Quark and put pickles cucumber/onion on top works a treat for me...

I also have a jar of pickled onions in the fridge and if feeling peckish I have one of those...

    Pickle is defiantly my thing

    just come across this

    http://www.slimmingeats.com/blog/

    http://www.minimins.com/#slimming-clubs

•Non-fat Yogurt - Non-fat yogurt is rich in calcium, protein and other nutrients. It’s filling, sweet, yummy and satisfying. Next time you crave ice cream reach for a little pot of non-fat yogurt.
•Veggie Bags - Prepare 1 small carrot, ¼ capsicum and 1 stick celery - Cut into small sticks or bite sized pieces and store in a re-sealable sandwich bag. These veggie bags are tasty, easy and just as satisfying as munching on a bag of potato chips.
•Sugar Free Jelly - Sugar free jelly is low in calories and perfect for satisfying that sweet tooth. Combine with pineapple, grapes, or mixed berries for a nutritious and satisfying snack.
•Tuna - A small can or tuna contains 30 grams of protein. Tasty and healthy, tuna is filling and satisfying at any time. Pile onto a piece of toast for some added fiber and longer lasting energy.
•Fruit - Fruit can not be forgotten or underestimated in a healthy weight loss plan. Grabbing an apple, an orange, a pear or a banana any time provides a satisfying, nutrient and fiber rich snack that will keep the body energized and full for longer.
•Nuts - A handful of mixed nuts, maybe lightly salted is another wonderful alternative to grabbing a packet of chips. Nuts contain protein, fiber, vitamin E, magnesium and monosaturated fat (the kind that helps to clear out arteries).
•Air-popped Popcorn - A yummy and satisfying snack is popcorn. Remember to only get the air-popped kind and only lightly salted or plain. Popcorn is high in fiber, low in calories and very filling.
•Cheese and Crackers - The old staple can’t be forgotten even while slimming. Yummy, filling and satisfying, thinly sliced low-fat cheese and light crackers make a perfect snack. For some added vitamins add a few slices of tomato and/or cucumber.
Remember to drink plenty of water to keep the body hydrated and feeling fuller for longer. Getting enough water can be a daunting task but having a glass of water before and after a snack is a great way to get the daily required intake and help the body to feel more satisfied.

If youve got a sweet tooth then mini meringues are fat free and only about 20 cals each ( 0 ww points) - they are always in my store cupboard for when i need a sweet fix.
