How do you manage a diet if you suffer?
This is only the second week of doing ww and I have given up. Will get back on the wagon when its over but I am miserable. What do you all do to keep on track? Best idea I have had is to make a load of no point soup and eat that and 6 crunchies a day, still within my pp allowance and gets enough chocolate in that I might cope!
