You sound so motivated Leanne - Spinning is my idea of hell! Good Luck!

I lost 1 1/2 last night , 8lb altogether and am now half way there ( to being within healthy range).

How much had you all lost before you , and other people started to notice a difference. I know 8lb isnt a huge amount but Id hoped my clothes would be a little looser by now! And Im sure the odd comment from people would really spur me on too!

good loss. Try bumping into someone you know who hasn't seen u in a while mama, I am sure they would notice a loss of over half a stone.

Nice to have you back on the thread Leanne, you do sound in a good frame of mind for dieting.

1.5 ON I've been good as well, had the odd naughty meal but worked out that 3 meals out of 21 (3 meals per day 7 days a week = 21) should have not made me gain weight......I've also been swimming & had a 2 mile run since last weeks weigh in !!!!

Going on a bike ride tonight & swimming again tomorrow night!!

Mary don't panic, it could be fluid retention. You may see a big difference next week.

I hope you don't mind me joining this thread? I started SW (on my own) couple of weeks ago but could do with "weigh ins" with someone...
    So..
    Initial weight - 11 stone 8lb
    Week 1 - 11 stone 6lb (-2lb)
    Week 2 - 11 stone 6lb
I am aiming for 10 stone to make my BMI 23.5

Your weight losses are fantastic on here - well done!

Im sure this thread will help you Sam , its certainly helped me.
Knowing there are others here who are having the samne good and bad weeks and yet keep on going is really motivating.
My initial goal is a bmi of 26 to get me in the healthy range - but may try and lose a bit more. All seems a long way off though - but Ill get there!

Star week - lol! I used to get like that - having a "bad" day and thinking well I might as well be bad all week and start again next week. However, it quickly changed into quite a few weeks of this! Now I am trying hard to think of each time I put something in mouth for it to be a new opportunity! No more waiting til next week, or even waiting til the next day - the next meal/snack is my next opportunity. (although I probably won't be managing to say that in a couple of months time!)

    AARGH
Having a binge attack and hating myself for it. always been a bit of a binge eater but have controlled it since starting ww quite well , or made sure there is lots healthy to eat in anyway! The way I feel right now ( after a bowl of cereal ,2 biscuits, an orange , grapes , muller-rice....) is I could eat my way through the whole cupboard.
Ive come on here and banned myself from the kitchen ..its weigh day tomorrow! Wouldnt care but Id be out at zumba using calories instead of eating them if mindee had been collected on time!

feeling a bit better this morning. i did carry on eating last night - I have no idea why I do it. Its certainly not hunger , more compulsion! when I get like that I even eat things I dont actually like - last night i went onto the jaffa cakes - wouldnt normally touch them cant stand dark choc!
Well its a whole new day so hoping for a better one!
