2 lbs on, but I can handle that. Don't feel bad with myself as I really did let me hair down. The way I look at it is I'm still a whole stone lighter than before I started which is fab.

First weigh in last night and I lost 5lbs. I know it will slow down dramatically but so happy to get a flying start. Beginning to think that fitting into my holiday clothes may even be a possibility!

well done mama2three! That is a great start. I'm on my day four of my new diet not following ww or sw, just counting calories and exercising more! hope it works.

Keep up the good work ladies!

Only lost 1/2 lb this week - and thought I had really stuck to it. Had forgotten how frustrating the whole diet thing can be!

go you. am feeling v. proud of myself today. I reached and unintentionally passed my target in November last year. I've been doing a mix since then sort of 70:30 of the eating plan rules and I've now maintained that weight for 6 months odd few pounds here and there at weeknds and xmas but going back to eating 70:30 does the trick.

    It's gotta stay off now.

    Yeah, well done

Juggler I have a feeling that maintaining is going to be the really hard bit! If I ever get to goal that is

Still , 1lb off last night so 6 1/2 lb lighter than 3 weeks ago. Have a wedding at beginning of July and then Holiday in August so have a couple of things to help to focus my attempts! Promised myself when Ive lost another 4lb then Im going on a frock-shop!
Heres to weeks for us all.

    Go Mary .

Wow Juggler so you should be proud

Mama2three, that is great loss over just three weeks

I am still at 11 st 12 lbs and have a wedding Saturday . Think I will try just to stay at this weight until the bank holiday is over then really get back down to it. Still been doing my long walks so I think that is helping.
