Hya everyone thought i would also beign shareing my journey of shedding some lbs
so for the last two weeks i have generally cut down on foods includeing all the naughty things like TAKEAWAYS AND COLA
I joined the gym last week and did
3 x 1 hour sessions at the gym and
1 x aqua aerobics hour sessions
start date 10/1/11 total loss 9lb
I cant believe it im so chuffed !!
