    Default 1st weigh in with ww pro points

    and I lost 6lb really happy with that, such a good start.. I know the first week is usually the biggest loss..

    It's really easy to follow, only thing I am struggling with is eating all my daily points Didn't even use my weekly allowance this wk - in saying that I do bulk meals with veg, salad & fruit..

    Haven't been on the forum for quite some time been a hectic year but I've stuck with Ww and to date have lost 100lbs from over 18st to 11st I'm delighted to say the least

    Thats amazing well done, you are an inspiration.

    My weight has not gone up... or down... still 4 stone overweight the same as in January.
    Its my 40th birthday in July and I really wanted to do something about myself, but now i think i have left it too late.

    that is a fantastic weight loss, you must feel great I started WW four weeks ago and have lost 9lbs which I'm please with, I need to loose 5 stone and intend to do this time

    Its never to late even half a stone will make you feel better about yourself. I'm going on holiday in July and intend to loose at least another 8lb by then, 12 - 16 would be an even bigger bonus
