i know I posted a thread ages ago girls but just want to recommend gym junkies again. It's a bit americanized in the blurb and presentation if you google it but the principles of it are so sound, you can easily learn to live with eating as it suggests.
Basically v. low carbs, big portions (lean meat, lots of veg/salad) and fruit - lots of natural foods. No weighing, no points, no calorie or fat counting and I have to say I wasn't religious I cheated with a few things so lord knows how much you could lose if you were v. strict.
You can follow their exercise regime (if you're short of time) which I did in beginning but now I just do my zumba and follow the eating plan less religiously. I lost 1 stone in 2 months and nearly 1 stone 10lbs altogheter from May to October and (apart from xmas) it's been so easy to keep off.
