Need motivation now, I put on 2lb! i know why i did, we went away for weekend to see marcs family, didnt go too much over the top though, had chippy saturday went out had about 4 or 5 wkd's then me and marc shared a chow mein sunday was burger king and chicken tikka kebab for tea but didnt do alot of exercise either, didnt think id put on though

don't despair honey. you can put on as much as 2lbs over a day depending on what you are eating. as soon as you are back on track to exercise and healthy eating you'll be losing again. Gotta have a blow out now and again or its not worth it.

hi i had my first weigh in on thurs and lost 3 and a half pound
lost another 2lb this week, so finally below 12st
now weigh 11 stone 12lb

I lost 2lb this wk, thinking of going to zumba next week as ive a week of work and hopefully i can go different nights depending on los mums shifts, tried eating healthy again but its hard half term week,lol i have been have ww meals though to make up for it

I just cant seem to get going at all - I get up full of determination , then end up eating a load of rubbish , almost absent - mindedly sometimes.
The sun today has made me realise that spring isnt far away , and theres no way my warm weather clothes are going to fit - even my winter baggies are getting clingy!
Where did you all find your motivation ?

OMG was at bootcampt this morning WHAT A KILLER
running, i hate running
when i first started a month ago i couldn't even run half a lap of the track, but today i did 7 thats 2.5 miles
my body is in shock, and protesting soooooooooooo tired lol

AAArrrggg ive put a lb on again! not happy about it, ive been going gym, walking there and back(half hr at least each way) eating sensibly, rarely going over my daily allowence, i just dont know what else i can do, i know some weeks you dont lose but ive lost 9lb since beginning jan, i signed up to ww online for 3 months and am thinking i may not bother paying each month when its ran out, im just feeling a bit disheartened
