First weigh in last night. lost a pound which is ok (don't want to peek too soon ). Going for a pound a week so at this time next year should be 3 stone 10 pounds smaller.

Lost 2lb last week and 1lb this week now weigh less than I did in summer. This week is going to be hard i'm out twice for meals ( I know I shouldn't complain but i've no will power ) with friends i haven't seen for a while. I am going to try to leave a third on the plate and not have more than one glass of wine . But I wish i had more will power.
count me in im getting weighted tomorrow i got to goal last aprail and have managed to stay the same since except for christmas when i put 11 and a half pounds on got weiged last week and id lost 6 and a half pounds will let you all know how i do tomorrow in total iv lost 77 and a half ponds to date it was 83 and a half pounds but as i said i put on over christmas

This is such an inspiring thread, well done everyone. I am getting weighed tomorrow, joined ww last week. Bit nervous as I havent been able to peek after I dropped my scales and they broke. At least that means I have to go and might keep me on track.

I have started now too weighed myself today im only 5ft 2 and weigh twice as much as i should
So ...........My first day at the gym did an hour came out dripping ......no pain no gain right ??!! I have to do somthing now .
Im going back tomorrow for bodyblast (aqua erobics) If i can walk tomorrwo ( he he ) .

well i started my diet exactly 2 weeks ago and i've just weighed myself, lost another 1Lb so thats 5Lb in total
still eating as normal, only change i made was cutting out the coke cola
starting boot camp on saturday too, cant wait

I love looking at diffrent threads and reading the comments it keeps me going. I've walked over 10,000 steps to day which is one of my targets the others are eat healther and less go to gym 3 times a week

Glad everyone is doing so well, ive been doing ww for 2 wks now, last week lost 2lb this week stayed the same , but i suppose if i look at it a different way ive lost equivilent to 1lb a week, I think ive got the food sussed now and this week only went into one of my weekly points so thought that was really good, also done more exercise so not really sure why i havent lost (although i have come on today which was a surprise as with depo im not meant to have a period so maybe thats a factor?)
This week im going to try very hard and stop drinking coke, its diet so no points on ww but i do drink alot of it, if i cant cut it out then maybe 1 can a day will suffice. will keep you updated on how i get on as reading through these posts have been quite inspiring

im a bit late hopping on here had good intentions and all that but now im on!!went too a 40th party on saturday having a dance with th oh and some total stranger came up to me an said is this the proud father !!!!well i replied my baby was 13 ,not sure if it was a case of mistaken idenity or just my rather large tum !!i actually thought i didnt look to bad so im thinking of trying slimming world gotta do something rather cheesed off
