2011 weight loss thread

I weighed myself this morning 10 days after having my baby so i could see what i need to loose and im 4lbs lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight!

if anyone has any good toning exersises that i can do (even with the kiddies lol) i have a Wii fit but dont have the time to do it anymore

iv only got 3 months to get myself bikini fit for my diving holiday in egypt

im a size 16 but would love to be a comfortable size 14 & want to loose my hips & fat behind!

I just been away for xmas and got our pictures taken again and i have come home and compaired pictures from last year and this year.
and OMG

I want to lose about 3 stone

Off to the gym tomorrow, AGAIN!!
Lost the weight before and need to do it AGAIN!!
Older and have more health issues now so not just for vanity this time.

I'm going to be a bridesmaid in april and cant wait!

But, I want to lose as close to as stone as possible! - I have a wii fit and will use that. - Only ten tons of choc to get through first!!

Oki must join you, I have lost 3 stone in the past year and need to shed another 9 gasp !!

Why is weight such a hard thing to admit too.

I'm off on a USA road trip in oct, but if any of you off to Florida need help and advice with planning just yell as I do Orlando holiday travel plans for people as a sideline.
