Ive got to a stone loss!!

I stopped weight watchers online last week, can still use it until begin of april though, did get a bit disheartened as didnt seem to be losing alot then putting back on again, I now use the scales at the gym and thrown mine out, I try and get to the gym at least once a day or do a class like body combat, going to give spinning a go soon i think, went couple times ages ago and it nearly killed me,lol but ill give it another go.
Im so chuffed its took me 2 months to lose so thats great!

Hi all - I've been a little bit absent on this thread and as a result have put on half a stone Basically I've been feeling ill for a while and I'm awaiting blood test results for various things and I've not been looking after myself. I've resolved to do better and have lost 3lbs this week My BIL gets married in September - my DDs are bridesmaids and DH is best man and I really don't want to be the only one in the family looking like a dogs dinner so I'm working harder to get my weight down.

Well done to everyone who has kept this up - I'm hoping to rejoin you!
