    Default 30 day shred

Has anyone tried this workout DVD by Jillian Michael?
I've just done my first session on workout 1 and 10 mins into it I felt like collapsing

But at least there is some floorwork just at the right time to get your breath back.

Lasts 20 mins and to be done once a day for 30 days. After one day I feel like jelly! But hopefully by day 5 it should feel easier

She does make you work though

There are three levels and lots of push-ups and star jumps and butt-kicking
Did not have any weights so made my own out of two pringle tubes filled with gravel and taped shut (weigh just over 3lbs).

Only just starting to lose that 'jelly' feeling

I've also enroled in a Pilates class for 14 weeks as I've really got to work on my abs and learn how not to hurt my back. Even got my daughter to try doing the exercises as she kept telling me what to do

She could not do half of it and she is 8yrs old and has more energy than me!

But it's true that the more you do it the easier it is. Got to get myself some proper dumbells though.
