    Default Slimming world

It's my first night back at Slimmimg world tonight :S I've not been for over 2 months for personal reasons and REALLY hope I have lost something-even if it is just half a pound!

Good luck to anyone else taking the journey to weight loss x

Fingers crossed for you, Hope all goes well tonight. I know how hard it is to lose weight i've been trying to loose weight on and off for the last 15 years. I've never managed to loose more than 2 stone, but funnily enough have no trouble putting it on

    Best of luck

good luck hope it goes well.

I'm having a similar battle - don't do clubs etc, maybe that's where I'm going wrong!

I only need to lose half a stone to a stone and it's not coming off!

Sorry its my first weigh in, went back last week! (Still early so brain not working yet lol)

I can't do it with out the group support so have to go-and it really does help when you have a bad week. This is the 3rd group I've joined and seems like a lovely group so fingers crossed

Well done Amanda on such a fab loss so far

little miss - that last half stone is so hard and its when I usually give up! ANd then it all goes straight back on! Good luck with it

Good luck tonight - i've been doing slimming world for 6 weeks and have lost 12lbs. I actually find it quite an easy diet to stick to - there is actually lots of free foods.

I cheered myself up hugely at my class last night by buying a book called "free branded foods" and discovering loads of free foods i didnt know i could have including super noodles!!!

Wow - some amazing losses. I was on slimming world before having my (almost) 2 year old and when I stuck with it it was great

I always find that last stone is the hardest and that is where I usually give up - I am trying so hard not to this time!

My sister joined with me last time, even though she didn't really need to lose much weight but she also said it was amazing how much the group atmosphere really helped

    Good luck
I need to get back on track, have been going since Easter and lost a stone, but have been yo yoing since our holiday in August. Had my induction at the gym yesterday so I'm hoping this will also give me some incentive to get my healthing eating sorted too. Its getting my head around planning meals in advance, mind you I do it for my mindees so don't see why I can't do it for me
