Louise, that's brilliant! Great job! I'm weighing in tonight so hopefully I'll have some good news to report, too.
Why is "phonics" not spelled the way it sounds?
Thats brilliant.

Life may not be the party we hoped for.......but while we're here we should dance!

I have NO idea how it happened but I have actually gained 1.5 pounds!
I was utterly shocked. I know I didn't stick entirely to plan but I didn't go off the rails. And I have given up fizzy drinks! I did eat dinner before I went to weigh in so maybe that's what tipped it, I dunno.
It has made me feel more motivated to work hard and stay OP this week, though, I can tell ya. Was disheartened at first but am now feeling my competitive nature caome out to play!
If I can give up Pepsi, I can do anything!

I think it was probably the meal you had before you went that done it Tatia.
You would be amazed at how much food and drink actually weighs.
I did an experiment a couple of years ago and weighed myself before and after eating.......there was a 5lb difference!
I have also weighed a cup of tea.......did you know that a normal mug size (not the mug just the contents) weigh's 1 to 1.5 lbs.
Watch the fluid and food intake before you weigh next week and hopefully you will see a big differnece!

That's brilliant news Louise!
You put weight on just before your period and it can last a good few days and then it's nice to jump on the scales after it has finished and see you have lost all the weight.
I usually put on about 5lb near my period but it vanishes after it has finished.
