Got weighed in last night and 7lb gone - not as much as my scales but I am happy and it is enough to keep me going. 1.5 stone to go.

How are the rest of you going?

Well done, that's a huge acievement, I would be absolutely chuffed to bits with a 7lb loss.

I am kind of off it at the moment, I have done 7 weeks and have got totally fed up of not eating, so as I am on holiday next week anyway I am making it a fortnights break from it, but just being very carefull and trying to avoid carbs, definitely not eating any bread as I have realised how much it bloats me. So on the 4th October, I will hopefully be joining you on this thread again and hopefully I won't have done to much damage.

Ooooh rooibos (the proper name for Redbush)... it's from where I was born - Cape Town, South Africa .. and is the only tea I drink. LOVE it

Well done on the weight loss!

I have lost 4 kgs on the pre op liver cleansing (shakes and soups, no food) thus far, 2.5 weeks to go, hoping to make it a full stone by then.
