Well bad bad week - both of us are up 2lb so it is back on the horse again this morning and no more picking!

Oh dear, put it behind you and start afresh.
I am trying to drink lots more water. I read the diary thread on here, all 15 pages and it has really inspired me to try harder. I didn't even lose 6 pounds in my first week, so to lose that on a regular basis must be fantastic. I am hoping that drinking more water will give me a boost.

I got weighed this morning and
I lost 4lbs!!
I am really pleased, that's 12lb in 3 weeks.
Come on girls we can do this together.
I'm doing great thanks. We went shopping yesterday and bought a size 16 jeans. . I can't believe I have gone from a tight 18 to a snug 16 already. I don't seem to have lost much from my top half yet, but it will go eventually.
I am still struggling with the water though. I am trying really hard to drink at least 3 litres, but usually fail.

Well I haven't done so well this week, just 2pm but I did get weighed a day early as she is on holiday. Friday was a bad day and I feel cross with myself, we went to Sundown Adventureland with a nanny friend for her charges birthday, I had mini sausages, mini savoury eggs and a piece of birthday cake! . Oh well, I put it behind me and carried on as usual today.
How is everyone else doing?
Another 3lb off this week. That's a total of 1stone 3lb to date and I am feeling tonnes better already. I went and treated myself yesterday to a new hair do and some nice new clinique products. I am going on holiday for a week on the 25th to Portugal, so I know I will put a bit back on there, but I just hope that I have the willpower to go back on it when I get home. I am still intending sticking with the cambridge diet whilst on holiday, just adding the meals in as well, this will hopefully make it easier to get back to it on my return. How is everyone else doing, are you still on it? I know how hard it is as I have done it 5 times previously, first time I lost 5 stone, mostly on CD and the other 4 failed miserably after the first week, in fact one didn't even make it past day 3!! I just have a huge incentive this time, which I think makes all the difference.

Yaay! Nice to have company again. I have struggled today and succumbed to a double chocolate mini muffin. I didn't enjoy it either, so I will be gutted if it has spoiled my week!! oh well onwards and upwards, or should that be downwards!
When I give in I just remind myself that I need to go back through the 3 days to ketosis again and it usually stops me!
I am on day 4 and I am sure that it has kicked in - I woke at 2am and got up at 3.30 - didn't achieve much and was still racing for the shower but I am so happy to have energy
1/2 stone down so far this week and weigh in is on Monday

Here I am on day 5 and I am well and truely focused now - got on the scales this morning and I have dropped another 2lb, so that being 9lb since Monday! yippee
No more cheating for me!
