well done Debbie, Im trying to start again (3rd time of trying), I just lose 3 stone and put it all back on again. Twice I have done this and its all down to me not re-educating myself on food and eating too much.

Just to remind you be careful when exercising as you are not taking in many calories so at the beginning I don't think CD advise exercising too much.

Good luck and keep us updated.

Keep going Emma you can do it but I appreciate how hard it is once you have stopped - 1st time round is so much easier

I did it 2 years ago and went 4 months with no food. It was far easier 1st time round and as with any food diet you know the cheats!

This is something I want to stop though as it is a very bad habit of mine.

Well done to you and hubby on your losses so far. I won't be getting weighed until Friday as I don't own any scales.
I can't stand the porridge or chocolate but I live on Choc Mint (cold or warm), Fruits of the Forest, Toffee and Walnut and Coffee.

I make mine up to a pint at a time and crush the ice in too which makes it nice and cold. I also like making the mousse and biscuit but struggle with the extra water intake.

I didn't have the bars until after 2 months as they are so addicted.

Well weigh in tomorrow and I must say I am a little apprehensive.

Our quiet weekend went a bit wrong but we survived. Went out Saturday night and I managed to stay on the soda water but Gary succumbed to 2 pints of beer - not bad when he normally would have 14!

I have picked all day today and am really annoyed at myself so tomorrow after weigh in (7am prompt!) I am back on it big time

Come on everyone on different programmes lets go for it!

Bad bad weekend for me and on weigh in on week 1 only a 2lb loss but a loss is a loss. Gary on the other hand was a 7lb loss.

We are both back on the shakes again this morning and I am not hungry so that has to be a bonus.

    How is everyone else going?

I got weighed on Friday and I have lost 5lb's and 2" off my waist so really pleased. I am VERY motivated to do this, which really helps, but I am not hungry, just missing food, especially when I have to cook for OH.

Weigh in this morning - 1 day late and hubby lost another 2lb so he only has 3lb to go to lose his stone.

Me on the other hand just 2lb again this week but at least we are on the downward side. Hoping to lose just 1lb this week so that I go under the stone bracket.

Good luck to everyone else trying to lose weight - no matter which programme you are on.

Emma how are you going? Caught up with me yet?

How is everyone doing? I lost 3lbs last week and with my new baby grandson being born last week quite early, it has been mad and I have been struggling to fit in the 3 shakes. Yesterday I only managed 2 and didn't have my first one until 5pm! We went for a 10 minute blood test with him and they ended up admitting him. my Cambridge counsellor told me off on Friday, so I really need to make a concerted effort to have the 3 shakes, she has said it will actually slow the weight loss down.

It does Annie so get that third one in, even if you have to have 2 before bed! Make a mousse they go down really easy

Come on Emma back on again with me tomorrow.

Don't want to weigh in tomorrow morning as I have had a really bad weekend.

Thanks, I will get some of the mousse mix on Friday. I really need to get on top of my water intake too, as I really find it a struggle, especially running backwards and forwards to the hospital. I have been mixing up 2l of the flavoured water and keeping it in the fridge, but end up drinking most of it in the evening then I'm on the loo all night. Must start earlier.
