1 stone lost, only 4 more to go!

Yes as the title says I have lost my first stone I joined slimming world in april, had a few ups and downs especially when Mick was ill recently, but I'm back on track and received my 1st stone award on Thursday The only annoying thing now is that I'm between 2 dress sizes, all my original clothes are to big, but next size down is just a tad too tight
O well onwards and upwards just another 4 stone to go

I'm just on day three of my diet... need to lose one stone! sitting here with a prawn salad, half way though and still hungry.... I've juts got used to eating too much I suppose! v
