an doin really well im so pleased with myself but know its gonna get harder now.

1st wk 5lb lost, 2nd wk 3lb lost an 3rd wk 5lb lost. so 13lb in 3wks

So now decided to stop bf dd (12wks) so lose 10 extra points, but I feel the time is rite 2 stop xx

Have got the determination this time 2 lose and plus got weddin next yr plus bein able 2 run around afta kids with out my inhaler wud b nice xx

Got my 1st stone off last nite was so happy.

So went shoppin 2 day (only 2 asda) 2 get sum clothes that fit and was so pleased when i cud get in2 size 18 trousers an tops lol

Even bought sum leggings which i cudnt c myself in 7 wks ago

im so pleased 2nite have lost another 3.5lb so 18lb in total now, have started the fitness regime aswell got myself on wii fit an startin off slowly... June 2011 here I come in a smaller form xx

I need to lose a stone and half to fit back in my bridesmaid dress on 16th october. Got it in may but didnt realise i'd put weight on like this I was constantly poorly but had an op at end march and now fit as a fiddle. Just didnt realise i'd put so much weight on.

Have now lost 22lb. 1lb next week an have got 10%. Have pledged a stone for xmas an have lost 5lb so far so hopefully will get the rest.
