Yep, Went to diet class on Tuesday and have 2 stones to lose before my holidays in June. Great to have an extra bit of support here . I've been very good this week and have been weeing loads, hope thats good news. Let you know next tuesday how first week went.

Alibali, what class are you going to? Weeing is very good because it means you are shedding all that retained fluid. I've been drinking so much water that I am weeing every 20 minutes or so! Hopefully, as my body sheds the excess water, I won't have to go so often because it makes een going on the school run a pain when I come home bursting!
