    Thanks for all the encouragement ladies

    In all my excitement I got my figures muddled and have gone backwards as last week I had lost a total of 46 1/2 pounds

    I have worked it out again and I have lost a total of 50 3/4 pounds

    Not sure exactly where I went wrong but it all translates to a loss of 3 stone 8 3/4 pounds

    Well it's Friday again.

    Friday means weigh in day........just got back.

    I have lost another 4 1/2 pounds this week

    Making a total of 55 1/4 pounds

    Which translates to 3/4 pound short of 4 stone!
