How much have you lost altogther now? and do you have target?

I started on 3rd March and to date I have lost 32 1/4 pounds.....which is over 2 1/4 stone.

I am really pleased to have lost so much in such a short space of time.

In the beginning I had exceptional weight losses but it has now settled at the predicted 3-4lb loss each week which I am happy with because it still guarantees me a loss of a stone a month.

I am going on holiday on 17th July so from the beginning of July I need to start introducing food so that my stomach is accepting it ok before I go away.

I intend on going back to it when I come home from holiday as I still have quite a bit to loose.

I know that it sounds really strange (Nigel say's I am affected in the head!) but although I have times when I find it really hard......it is probably one of the easy diets I have ever done because I don't spend my time thinking about what I am going to eat...

The hardest decision I have to knowing what flavour to drink

Well I went and got weighed this morning and .........

I have lost another 5 1/4 pounds making a total of 37 1/2 pounds.
