I started my diet about 3 weeks ago and can't believe I've lost 7lbs! It's really spurring me on to succeed and I hopefully wont spend another summer covering up! I've got at least another stone to shift but it's a good start anyway.
Got a black tie event to go to tomorrow night and I'm ready for my little black dress!
