2010 Weight Loss FAILED

hi how are you all doing? ive now lost 9lb in 10days but have exercised loads but i feel a little better already only 4 more stone to lose lol

i've stayed the same this week, which i am happy about

been drinking nothing but cups of tea and coke to keep my sugar levels up as for the last 36 hours i haven't wanted to eat

before then i'd had a take away haven't really been eating healthy while kids have been off

but kids are back at school on monday so i can get back into a routine and have decent meals need to stock up on water too

I darent weigh myself had a awful week!!

started again friday and went to my first spining class. so fingers crossed I havent put on!

Just do it hun and get it over with

if you've put on cos you've had a bad week just accept it and move on, next week is a new week

Youve all gone very quiet! Are you still losing ladies?
Hope everyone else is happy healthy and just a little lighter!!

Ive had an awful week so starting again tomorrow ( no really!!). Not losing much weight still but am actually starting to feel 'ok' about my body again for the first time in years. And some clothes that have lived at the back of the wardrobe for most of that time are actually seeing the light of day! Im never going to look how id like to look , but getting to the ' not too bad ' stage is great!!! Unfortunately the stats still say im obese , but defiantely heading in the right direction.
Ive got til August before my hols and am feeling quite positive about being at goal by then......if i get started again tomorrow that is!!

I'm a BIG FAT failure...............lost it big time & weigh just the same as when we all first started...

gonna try & start tomorrow only got 8 weeks till my holiday (with other couples & kids

)

if i can loose 10lbs i would be over the moon......

ive had a bad week darent stand on scales i had lost a stone as well but no ive put weight on this week. i started with a baby last week and was so busy didnt give it a thought and grabed anythink so come on guys we need to be here for each other and stop disapearing or we seem to be naughty lol

so lets try again sandy

Im still here .. missed you all! Not going so well for me , my willpower has disappeared - we can do it if we keep coming on for a little support / bottom kicking etc....

hello my fat fighting friends...
Im officaly starting my diet again. I falied big time and put weigh on. darling partner has booked family photo section end of june. I really need to sort my self out, been up since 5am done fitness dvd and feeling good....so far!!

How are you all doing?

well done thats the hardest time at cm/playgroups the cakes/treats always looks so nice. my turn tomoro at play group.... must say no... must say no...

wow that brilliant! Ive decided to focus on doing a bit more exercise as even though im following ww my weight isnt moving...so last week i joined a zumba class and an adult jazz / tap class. will not be back to the j/t , never done anything so twee - all adults and she has us dancing to theres a worm at the bottom of the garden!!

Zumba was amazing - my body shook in places i didnt know existed ! Hoping the exercise will help though and ill start to shift the pounds again..
