Well Done Hun . . . keep going and try and always choose healthy food that you love so you do not feel deprieved . . . its like I discovered that I dont actually like lettuce but I LOVE roasted veggies so I would rather have that than a salad!!

I have kept on the straight and narrow today, coz I want to lose weight but mainly coz I knew I would have to tell you all if I had been naughty.
I was wishing I could have a biscuit BUT I DIDNT!!!!! . . . no snack food passed my lips guys!!
So how are we all doing it??
I have decided on a healthy eating diet combined with calorie counting . . . basically I think I need to change my relationship with food . . . I need to start thinking like a thin person!!!

well done on your first day ladies , mine wasnt so great but today is another day - plus its my weigh in tonight. dont think i will have lost , plus its the bloated time of the month for me when i tend to put on ...( good excuse!).
You all seem able to avoid snacking - im the opposite ..do they call it a grazer? could happily miss meal and just snack all day!
Im quite proud that i havent touched any chocolate at all over easter though and cant remember last time i had a biscuit either. Bread is my downfall though..so im buying hovis wholemeal as its healthier and the slices are tiny!

i was good too apart from a small piece of easter egg, which really is good because i usually scoff the lot once its opened plus (time of the month )

1.5 ltr water (peeeeeed all day long).
TODAY's plan
eat as well as yesterday minus the chocolate
drink water like yesterday
after work im going to the gym

well day one went very well evan did 30mins on wii fit. today so far so good so come on ladies we can do it when the going gets tough lets chat before we munch lol

There is something to be said for grazer, so I hear . . . when I used to work in an office and trying to lose weight, I had a tupperware full of healthy stuff that I loved like cherry tomatos, baby corn, celery, sugar snaps, cucumber and I snacked away on that all day with NO GUILT!!!

I have had a good day, except for . . . and here is my admission coz I promised to tell the truth and in effect am only cheating myself . . . I had a lil packet of iced gems at our picnic (but in my defence I was on automatic pilot and didnt realise what I was doing until I did it . However, I could quite easily have about 10 biscuits a day before so todays little slip up shouldnt have a huge negative impact).
I must be honest, I have had sausage casserole and roasted veg for tea but am still a little peckish . . . but instead of reaching for the biscuit tin, I am gonna have a yogurt!
Keep it up ladies . . . we can do it together.

went well until about 2.30 when my friend came over with her lil ones & bought CAKE.... i said NO I'm watching what I'm eating & she told me to shut my gob & eat it....... I DID
Then from there it went down hill......i think cuz i had a sweet kick i wanted more & nibbled at Eegg for the rest of the day.
Hated myself last night as i didn't manage to get to the gym either...

wow 2012 already
weigh in last night and i had put on 1lb! Id actually tried really hard all week too - no easter eggs or hot cross buns !!
Really want mil to notice a difference when she comes down next weekend - not sure why thats imnportant to me! So Ill keep going but ive really hit the plateau i think. Maybe Im just the right weight ' for me'..I know that losing it in your 40s is harder but this is ridiculous. 5 weeks ago i was the same weight! aaargh!
well i had some chips for lunch yesterday but Cher will tell you it was only about 10 of them if that
still not drinking coke cola and i haven't snacked either
i had a sneaky weigh in this morning and i've lost another 2 Lb

morning all tam if your doing w.w iced gems are only 1 &half points so you can eat them, mama2three sorry to hear youd put a pound on but you may still be losing inches which is really good youl be firming up.so think positive hun, hope rest of you ladies are still doing well ive just had my rice crispies and 1 toast. going to make the w.w cheese and broccoli tarts for tea there 6 1/2points each but luck yummy il have with new pots and salad so meal should be 81/2points. keep it up guys WE CAN AND WILL DO IT

Ive been to the beach today loads of digging hole, running after a 18month and a ball so fingers crossed i have done enough!!
