Ladies Im going to join you if you dont mind. I have been going to ww since new year , but have stayed the same weight for the last month and was ready to pack in - but i think this thread may just keep me motivated . Like Leanne I dont weigh a huge amount but am still 2 stone above my ideal height / weight ratio and at 10 stone my bmi is still in the obese range as im only 5 ft.
Tam , diet coke .....its actually helped me as it fills me up htne i snack less , but i know lots of ladies are worried about the aspartame in it...
The lady who asked about cheese ( sorry , senior moment!) .. feta is very low fat if it gives you an alternative , or grate a really hard cheese on top of your pasta or whatever as you use much less and get the taste..
Im excersise-useless , the most unfit person i know , but just not ready to do much else than walk round the lake feeding the ducks!
Will stick to my wed weigh in if thats ok so will be a day behind you guys....thanks , you may be the support ive needed!!
me too, my boys love baking which I love doing to, i just have eat them!!
especialy now the house is full of chocolate because of easter!

i dont eat alot of chocolate, coke is my biggest problem but so far i'm doing really well not having any

morning all well got up this morning and decided i got to seriously lose weight need to lose 4 stone so have had a nice cereal 4 brekkie going to do w.w again but must stick to it. i need shouting at. off for 2weeks so wii fit gunna get hammered lol why is it so hard to stick to diet this time guys gunna be different for us all
thanks am feeling positive and first time admitted i need to lose so much but will do it

Good Morning my fellow FAT FIGHTERS (our theme tune could be sung to KUNG FU FIGHTING . . . everybody is Fat Fighting!!!)
Well my embarrassing admission : I have put on about 8 stone (there was so much gorgeous food I hadnt tried before) since I moved to this country 12 years ago BUT my GOAL is to lose 6 stone and my immediate aim is to lose 1 stone!!!
My Day Plan
My DS (9 yrs) made us all the most delicious fruit salad for breakfast
For lunch we are having a ham salad sandwich and for tea we are having beef stew with dumplings (one one small one for me) and veggies.
This morning I got my skimmed milk and sweeteners out as well.
I mean business ladies . . . THINK THIN THINK THIN!!!!!
WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Come on Sandy . . . we can do it, TOGETHER!!!! . . . it is not unachievable . . . lets aim for 7 lbs a month so by Christmas you could realistically reach your goal (if you are very very good, you could do sooner!!) . . . how fabulous would that be???
I want to lose 6 stone before my birthday 10 January!!! so I am gonna have extra extra good . . . but with healthy eating and some exercise I lost 1.5 stone in a month and a half!!!
I love your fighting talk Yes! we can do this together My next goal (10.7) is 2 weeks away and i'm 10.11 so it is do-able. I've never tried tried pills but someone close to me did and all i remember was the nasty orange staining in the loo that was hell to clean
Top tip- eat smaller portions, set achieveable goals and treat yourself when you reach a goal!
yes we can do it ive done well so far i no its only half a day lol but eaten healthy and honestly not eaten any choccy/biscuits got all the w.w books out to look for inspiration so any low cal good filling food advice for a vegetarian let me no guys and do you no tam weve already made a good start by admitting how much we need to lose lol good luck
hi sandy , I made a huge sausage casserole with quorn sausages for tea last night - and there wre hardly any points really , 1 each for the sausages.
The creamy mushroom breakfast in the starter pack file is one of my favourites , i use rice instead of toast for a really yummy tea!
The problem with dieting is i end up thinking about food even more - and i make myself hungry!
i have a confession
went to the cinema today and had sweets and a medium coke (the coke was actually too sweet and has given me a headache )
but not going to beat myself up over it

If you didn't know already BUY UHT skimmed milk (sell it in every supermarket) on the same isle's as LONG LIFE milk.......It's skimmed but has the same taste/texture as semi-skimmed milk. My eldest daughter now has it to instead of semi-skimmed, she said it's "well nice" <her words not mine.

I am a constant dieter, I tend to eat HUGE portions, not one for snacking much, unless hubby away and I munch through boredom
Breakfast: Fruit and Fibre
Snack : 2 satsumas
Lunch: Pitta Bread, ham and BIG green salad
Tea: (is going to be) Lasagne with salad, pickles, grapes (hehe gives a sweet kick)
As I say, portion sizes for me, before I would eat so much Lasagne, but now I fill my plate with salad then put a slice on It's so unfair to spend all the time cooking it it have a tiny piece but hey ho, thats why I am here lol!
well ive just done 30mins on wii fit and ive had fun apart from jogging lol but im going to do everyday if pos now to sort tea out and im feeling hungary so will have to be really good hope the rest of you have been good today????? what you all eating for tea??
Day one

Lunch: Poached egg on toast (light flora)
Tea: Homemade spiced carrot and lentil soup with 1 bread roll
made with low cal/fat stock.
No snacks just one coffee
5 glasses of water, i hate water, water is boring!!
my wii fit is coming out tonight fancy doing some boxing!!
