Belgian Chocolate, SW HELP!!

I just ate 8 then 10 and now 13 Belgian chocolates, having an EXCEEDINGLY crap day.

I didn't eat lunch however so that will help a bit

Can't find how to syn them though....

Weigh in tomorrow night, and star week too, great... can see those scales rolling the opposite way to last week!!

can't eat more of them, I feel sick, and only got diet food in anyway, I don't hold with the theory of well thats today gone, might as well pig out, thing lol

Sorry I do WW...well will be in the new year...LOL!
I am the same with regards to not bing able to write of a day! What I used to do was do a bit of extra excercise...makes you feel much better & hopefully balances out! ie I will do X for the chocs!!! IYSWIM?
