Weigh in again

As you all know I weighed in on Monday and lost 11 pound.

I needed to switch my weigh in days to Fridays as I can be more flexible with times etc.

I have lost another 3 1/2 pound in 4 days making a total of 1 stone & 1/2 pound in 12 days.

To say that I am over the moon would be an understatement.

It really makes not eating worthwhile

You girls honestly

It is very hard to stick to

I have to be honest you really must be so fed up that you are ready to take drastic measures.

Loosing the weight this fast is spurring me on though.

Believe it or not the thing I am mising the most is.......fruit!

See you thought I was going to say chocolate didn't you!

The chocolate shake is really quite nice and does have quite a rich chocolate flavour so I make sure I have one of those a day!
