I do believe it was a year ago that I last started dieting and managed to successfully lose 1 1/2 stone. I have unfortunately found it all again

S So, my goal is to lose 2 1/2 stone by 25th July, My oldest nieces wedding.

Can you help me please?

I'm not going to class or anything, but I will be following a low fat and exercise regime (similar to Rosemary Conley) I lost 3 stone 3 lbs doing Rosemary before so here's hoping

You can do it. Eating right is so important but I really believe that exercise is key. At least, I know I don't have much success without it. What exercise are you doing?

I have a new cross trainer My thighs and bottom are sore already
