yes i'm about to join all you CD-ers

i have my CDC coming on friday, and i'm gonna start my shakes on monday

my current weight is now 12st 7

wish me luck cos i'm gonna need it by the bucket loads

Good luck but im sure you will be fine. I am on a similar diet and find it is the easiest diet i have ever done i think it is because food is out of the question all together. The first few days will be tough but stick with it you can do it

i think i'll start them on saturday, cos my mum goes to tenerife for 2 weeks on friday and i've not told her i'm doing this diet, will see if she notices any change when she returns

well i've had to change my CDC councillor already, first one didn't have a clue

going to meet the new one tonight will start my shakes tomorrow

Good luck for tomorrow. My first day was the hardest but it is worth it. i am on week 5 now and have lost 23lbs and believe me i have tried loads of diets before. Just be positive and drink the water and it will be easier than you think, will be thinking of you
