    Can anyone tell me how many points you can eat per day/week on WW.

    I all depends on your current weight how much excercise you do etc


    I can eat 24 points but I am a big girl

    dh has 30

    dd 28

    fat and 30 mins excercise a day. I just got food with points written on so thought I might keep track of them.
