Well had a bad day yesterday - I picked at some ham which I could have but the taste escalated and I landed up with a packet of crisps

Had my weigh in with my counsellor and came up 4 pounds heavier than before Xmas (glad I did it last week), so here we go again

Roll on next Tuesday for my weigh in

The salt in the crisps probably made you retain water (according to gmtv) so hopefully it will show on the scales next time

Keep going emma nearly past the worst part lol

Still going ok - went to the weigh in again tonight and another 3lb off.

Only draw back is that I am soooooooooo cold - had to get up in the night and put the heating on, I can see another quilt coming out of retirement and onto my bed

Bad weekend and it showed in my weigh in last night - 2lb on. Gutted to say the least so I am back to it today.

Keep going everyone - it is always worth it when you can get into those clothes that are stuck getting dusty in the wardrobe

After a lot of messing about with Cambridge and sole searching I have decided to give it one more blast so as of Tuesday I have stuck to it with 1 bit of chicken as a treat (lucky me!!!)

Anyone doing it too and struggling or doing well

    Good luck to everyone
