Just signed up to tesco diet !!!

Hi, well the time has come that i need to deal with my ever growing weight problem that seems to have happened since I stopped smoking just over 5 months ago I have gained a stone and a half in this time
I am in a size 16 and feel like a big fat blob!!!!!!!!

So I have signed up to the Tesco on-line diet I have made my start date as Saturday and according to the on-line calculator I have to lose 3st 3lbs

I am feeling rather scared about all this but also am feeling determined to do it!!!!!!!!

Any hints and tips much appreciated x x x

I have just had my 1st weeks weigh-in and I have lost
4 1/2 pounds
out of all the diets I have tried over the years I have never lost that much in the 1st week.
I am really enjoying this diet plan aswell it is soooo easy...

I'm doing the Tesco diet at the moment to lose baby weight and it's been great - easy to use and I've lost weight! I do the GI one which makes me feel fuller after meals so I eat less overall!

What would you like to know? I am really enjoying doing it. I follow the light choices plan and there is lots of choice, and even the occasional chocolate treat Its very flexible, and I like the fact that its all there, on my computer screen, without having to attend a meeting. You can track your progress online each day which helps keep focus I've never felt starving hungry on it. DH is so inspired by my progress he has joined too

I weighed in today and my total loss so far is 17lb in 6 weeks

Honestly, for anyone thinking of dieting I cant recommend it highly enough
