    Default Toothfairy's Cambridge Diet Diary

    Hi All

Well, I've gone and done it, I've joined.
I had my first weigh in.

I have a lovely councellor called Sarah, who ran me through the Diet.

I have 12 stone to loose but I am taking it 1 stone at a time.

I have chosen the sole source option, so I have my 7 shakes and 14 soups for the week.

So, here I go, wish me luck...........

    Day 8

Its still going OK, I'm not feeling hungry at all.

I'm still struggling with the social side, this diet has made me realise how much of our social lives revolved around food and eating out.

I have set myself a mini goal of 1 stone and then once I have past that (which I have on my scales at home but not officialy) I will set my next goal of another stone. I am going to try and keep it going until Xmas, by which time I should have lost 4-5 stone and then I will have xmas day and boxing day off and then start again.

Will let you know how I get on when I get weighed on Saturday.

Well done, i also struggle with the social side of eating, as a family we enjoy going out for a meal, this is sometimes where my dh gets frustrated with this diet

Good luck for Satirday, i am getting weighted on Sunday then starting to introduce food ready for my hols on Thursday, then get back on after hols

    Hi all

Just got back from my weigh in.......I have lost 7lb this week

Thats a total of 17lb in 12 days.

Yesturday was torture, I spent the day at my sisters cooking for her party tonight, so I was surrounded by food all day!
Its the party tonight, she is having a Barn Dance and a Hog Roast.
The smell of the pork cooking and all that crackling Mmmmmmmmm, my will power will certainly be put to the test tonight.

I'm realy chuffed with myself for sticking to it, I'm taking it one day at a time.

I have now knocked the soups on the head and I am having 2 shakes and 1 bar a day, which I found so much easier this week.

Good luck to everyone being weighed today
