Having a BAD week, I ate at the weekend and now I can't get back into it.
I feel realy sluggish and bloated and I know I have put weight back on but I am scared to get on the scales.
I am trying very hard to get back on track today, I have so much weight to loose, the thought of doing this diet for another 10-12 months is getting to me.
I've lost my will power, has anyone seen it?
Please send me 'will power' vibes and help me get back on track.
