    Default green tea?

Has anyone tried green tea to help lose weight?
I want to know if it works before trying, not a big fan of green tea!

Someone told me before that greentea helps lose weight, so i tried it and guess wat it really did help! It really only makes you go to the loo more (no.2) lol, but sure anything is worth taking to help lose abit of weight.

I havent took it in a good while ni as im so busy i always forget! But when i did take it regularly i always took it at night before i went to bed.

Some ppl it does work with and others it dosent, give it a try and see how you get on

you can get it in tablet form, might be a good way to go!

I'm sat here drinking fresh lemon tea and eating apple and blueberries. It would normally be tea and bickies!

As far as the weight loss and calorie burning is concerned, I couldn't find anything better
than green tea. No side effects. But there is just a little issue. Actually, it makes
    my skin dry. Whats wrong?
