1st week on Alli

well after my birthday my weight went up to 12st 5

have been on Alli a week now, have been really good and not had any side effects

weighed myself today and i'm down to 12st 1

i had to stop them as i've been ill with the sickness bug thats going round thanks to one of my mindees passing it round my family and hers

i haven't been able to keep food down so haven't needed to take them, but i doubt i'll have put weight on either

will be back on them once i'm fully recovered

Hope you're feeling better now though, there's nothing worse than being ill (and not being able to work) through someone else's bugs....

but i'm restarting it on monday

starting weight (again) is 12st 4Lbs
