Alibali weight loss diary

Well, thats 2 weeks over and I've lost another 2 1/2 lbs, so thats 9 1/2 in total

Starting to struggle with chocolate craving

so I've been out and bought some low fat choc mousse - hope that satisfies me.

That's really good Ali, I started on 9th March and have only lost 5.5 pounds - and 5 inches!!! I'm going to WW in a couple of hours but I've not been very good this week. I've not had any chocolate since I started the diet and then last night there were some Twirls in the fridge, and one leapt into my mouth.

I've just had a vodka and 'proper' coke cos I haven't any diet coke so I'm not really expecting to have lost this week. There's always next week.

Thank you, think I'm going to need it. I'll be like the other women who come into the hall, rushing off to the loo!!! Any way they can to try and get rid of extra weight!!!!

Awesome! Alibali, I'm sorry but I keep forgetting which diets everyone is doing. What plan are you using and what's a typical day for you like to have been so successful so far?

Hey Tatia, I'm doing Rosemary Conley online and am doing extra exercise too, I know that helps and once I get started I enjoy it!

Just been fo another 32 lengths of the pool while kids were at nursery again too

End of week 5 (and 5 weeks to go till my holidays

) and I have lost a staggering 3 3/4 lbs this week, that is a total loss of 1 stone 4 1/4lbs

I can't believe how fast it's coming off this time, but I know why. I have been exercising lots and that obviously is the key.

I feel rotten this week though

Got the cold and a urine infection and my fav auntie died on saturday so don't think I'll do so well this week cos I can't be bothered exercising
